As both a general contractor and real estate professional, Fred offers a unique, hands-on perspective for buyers and sellers looking to evaluate land, navigate permitting, or build residential properties with clarity and confidence.
With more than 100 residential projects completed, Fred has led and supported work across a range of property types—including single-family homes, small-scale multifamily, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). His expertise covers the full development cycle, from feasibility studies and zoning reviews to contractor coordination and site management.
Fred’s professional background also includes over 16 years as a Federal Contracting Officer, managing large-scale procurement and contract compliance for government operations. That experience—combined with a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt—gives Fred a process-oriented, detail-driven approach to real estate, construction, and project execution.
